That number doesn't move.

Conference, summit, or company event — I cover it for $2,500 a day, and it's the same number I'll put in writing before you book. It doesn't move when your attendee count does. A two-day conference is $5,000. Done on-site, done fast, priced up front.

What full-day coverage includes

A day is up to six hours on the floor, unlimited attendees. Here's what I'm shooting:

Keynotes & general sessions

Speakers, stage, screens, and the room reacting.

Breakouts & panels

Every session your marketing team will need proof of next year.

Sponsor activations

Booth traffic, demos, branded moments — the shots you owe your sponsors in the recap deck.

Candids

Handshakes, hallway conversations, badges and coffee. The photos that make next year's attendees want to be in the room.

You get web-sized and hi-res files, both. Post the web files right away; hand the hi-res set to your designer.

Headshot Station

Most event photos get looked at once. A headshot gets used for years — which is why a live headshot activation is the line attendees actually want to stand in.

I set up a full studio on the event floor — real lighting, tethered camera, big screen. An attendee scans a QR code, steps in, and I coach them through a few frames. Every shot lands on the screen the moment it's taken, they pick their favorite on the spot, and an instant personal gallery hits their phone before they walk away.

Sponsor branding on every gallery

The gallery attendees open, save, and share carries your sponsor's name. That's a sponsorship line item that sells itself.

You keep the leads

Everyone who steps in front of the camera lands in a clean lead export, delivered to you, the host, after the event.

The software behind this is Headshot Station, and I built it myself — I'm the founder, not a photographer renting someone else's tool.

FAQ
How fast do we get the photos?

Headshot Station galleries are instant — attendees have theirs before they leave the floor. The full event gallery is delivered the same week, in web and hi-res versions.

What does a multi-day event cost?

$2,500 per day, multiplied by days. A 2-day conference is $5,000; 3 days is $7,500. The quote I give you before the event is the invoice you get after it.

How much space does the station need?

A corner of the floor and a standard power outlet. I bring the lighting, backdrop, camera, and screen.

Who owns the photos?

You do — use them in marketing, recaps, and sponsor decks. Attendees keep their personal headshot galleries, and the lead export goes to you and only you.
