If you're the one who has to organize this, here's the part that matters: your job is sending people down the hall. I handle everything else.
- I arrive and set up before your first person walks in. A conference room or spare office is all I need — backdrop, lights, and a monitor. Your team keeps working while I build the studio.
- People come in one at a time, about five minutes each. Between meetings, before lunch, whenever works. No one blocks out an afternoon.
- They see every shot as it's taken. I shoot tethered with Capture One, so each frame lands on a big screen the moment it's made. I coach posture and expression — most people hate being photographed, and my job is to make those five minutes painless — and they pick their favorite right there. Nothing is left to chance, and there's no gallery homework later.
- They go back to work. Next person in. A small team is done in a couple of hours; a full day handles up to 60 people.
- Retouched headshots arrive the same week. Because everyone approved their frame on the spot, retouching starts immediately.

How long does each person need?
About five minutes. They walk in, I coach them through a handful of frames, they pick their favorite on the monitor, and they're back at their desk. I'll help you build a simple rotation so the day runs itself.
What if someone is out that day?
Happens on almost every team shoot. I keep the lighting, background, and framing to one standard, so absentees and new hires can be photographed later and match the original set — nobody can tell who was shot on which day. Ask me about catch-up options when we book your date.
What should people wear?
Whatever they'd wear to their most important client meeting. Solid colors photograph better than patterns, fine stripes and busy prints cause problems on camera, and a jacket or structured layer always helps. Glasses are fine. When you book, I'll send short wardrobe notes you can forward to the team.
How fast is delivery?
Same week, every tier. Because each person approves their frame on the spot, there is no gallery-selection stage slowing things down — retouching starts right away. Individual executive sessions turn around in 48 hours.
Can you match our existing brand style?
Yes. Send me a current headshot and I'll match the background, crop, and lighting as closely as the original allows, so new photos sit next to old ones cleanly. If you'd rather start fresh, we set a new standard and I document it for every shoot after.
What space do you need?
A standard conference room. I need access a bit before the first person’s slot to build the studio, and I handle all setup and teardown — you just send people in.
