Headshots on their phone
before the next session starts.
Attendees scan a QR code, step into a real studio setup on your event floor, and have professional headshots on their phone before the next session starts. I built the software that runs it.
- Scan. The attendee scans a QR code at the station and the system checks them in — no clipboard, no waiting.
- Step in. Full studio lighting, real backdrop, and me behind the camera. I coach every person through it — most people hate having their photo taken, and my job is to get them past that fast.
- Shot in minutes. Every frame lands on a big screen the moment it's taken. The attendee sees exactly what they're getting.
- Instant gallery. Before they walk away, a personal gallery arrives on their phone. Their photos, ready to download and share — with your sponsor's branding on it.
I photograph corporate events for a living, and I kept watching the same thing happen: the headshot booth draws a constant line, then everyone waits two weeks for a gallery link they've forgotten about. No off-the-shelf tool fixed that, so I wrote my own.
Headshot Station is my software. I'm the founder, not a licensee — which means when your event needs something changed, the person holding the camera is also the person who builds the product. None of the template platforms can say that.
Organizers
The booth with a constant line — the activation people actually talk about — plus a clean lead-capture export when the event wraps. Every attendee who scanned in, in one file, ready for your follow-up.
Sponsors
Their branding on every single gallery. Every open, download, and share is another impression. It's the rare sponsorship attendees are grateful for.
Attendees
The thing everyone at a conference actually needs: a current, professional headshot. Not a tote bag. Something they'll use on LinkedIn the same day.
If I'm shooting your event, the station folds right in — my Conference Day rate is $2,500 for up to 6 hours with unlimited attendees, and it already includes the full studio setup on the floor, instant on-site delivery, coaching, and web plus hi-res files.
Want the station as a standalone activation without full event coverage? Call me and I'll quote it for your headcount and hours.
Is this a photo booth?
No. It's a full studio — professional lighting, a photographer, and coaching for every person who steps in. The software handles check-in and delivery; I handle the photography.
How long does each attendee take?
Minutes. Scan, step in, get shot, gallery on their phone. The line moves because the system was built for events, not adapted to them.
Do attendees pay anything?
No. The station is hosted by the organizer or a sponsor — attendees never pay a dime.
Can a sponsor's branding really go on every gallery?
Yes. Their logo sits on each attendee’s personal gallery, so the impression repeats every time the gallery is opened or shared.
Add it to your event
Tell me the date, the venue, and roughly how many attendees. I'll tell you what the setup looks like and what it costs — up front, like everything I price. Or call or text 214.762.8330.
